Privacy

We collect parent/guardian name and email, student grade, schedule preference, and an optional project interest. We don't ask for student names or sensitive details until enrollment requires them. Data is used only to communicate about Builders Club, is never sold, and can be deleted on request by emailing the founder. [Founder: add contact email, data-retention period, and children's-privacy (e.g., COPPA) review.]

Payments

Tuition is $280. A $29 deposit is charged at checkout and credited to tuition. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; Builders Club never sees or stores card numbers. The $251 remainder is collected only after the cohort fills, on a pay-in-full or installment schedule the parent explicitly authorizes in writing. No charge is made without that authorization. If a bank requires extra verification, we'll email a secure link to complete it.

Refunds

If fewer than six paid deposits are received by December 5, 2026, all deposits are refunded in full to the original payment method. If a deposit arrives after the cohort is full, it is refunded. If the confirmed class day or time doesn't work for your family, your deposit is refunded in full. [Founder: define refund policy after the cohort is confirmed, including withdrawal deadlines.]

Recordings

Group classes may be recorded with parent consent and shared privately with enrolled families only. 1:1 meetings are not recorded.

Terms of participation

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are not tax-deductible donations. Builders Club is not a registered charity.
